WHERE IS THE PYROMANCY FIRE PERFORMANCE WEBSITE?
http://www.pyromancy.org is the official Pyromancy Fire Performance Troupe from Buffalo NY website.

WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH PYROMANCY FIRE PERFORMANCE TROUPE?
This shop features branded Pyromancy Fire Performance Troupe designs. We will be expanding the collection to feature (non-logo) Fire/Flow Arts inspired designs, as well as original design collections by Gillian Tunney. I would love to hear from you with any ideas, questions, feedback, general inquiries. I am open and interested in collaborative, custom, or commission based work.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards through Shopify payment system, or you can use Paypal. All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties.  

CAN I PAY WITH OTHER CURRENCY?
All our prices are in USD [$ US DOLLARS] but you can pay in any currency. Your Bank will deduct the amount equal to your order-total, all automatically. You need to check with your preferred payment method for the exact rates, as these change.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we can ship to most countries worldwide by placing a custom order. Read the Shipping page [here]

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We cannot cancel orders that are already fulfilled, but we MIGHT be able to cancel and order for you after it is placed, and not yet fulfilled. This will usually be between 1-2 days, so please be sure to contact us (gillian@pyromancyshop.com) as quickly as possible.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your item on USPS.com as well as your local post-office website.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER – WHERE IS IT?
Please allow 7 business days for US orders and 20 business days for international delivery. Please allow these time frames before contacting us about a missing order.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Pyromancy Shop is a small business and returns must currently be handled on a case by case basis. Please read the policy [HERE!] and contact us to initiate a return.
